About Corey

My career has been defined by helping mission-driven organizations use technology to make the world a better place. I've found my Ikigai in Customer Success with SaaS companies by empathetically leading customers and teams to work together as partners. Building quality customer experiences requires an understanding of the reality of today, the vision for tomorrow, and the tactical steps necessary to lead all stakeholders through that journey.

I’m now dedicated to bringing my expertise in Customer Success and Customer Experience to working with organizations that are solving our climate crisis. I’m currently available for full time or contractual work. The energy transition and renewable or circular economy solutions are my top areas of interest in Climate work but my Customer Success and Account Management expertise can be applied to any SaaS and customer-focused organization looking to improve their adoption, retention, and growth.
